The duration of a coaching engagement can vary based on the goals you want to achieve and where you are starting from. We will agree review points (e.g. every 3-4 sessions) to check that
the sessions are still adding value and getting you closer to your goals.
Mentoring & coaching blocks can start and stop as required. Some clients find value in a few sessions focused on specific issues or challenges, while others may engage in longer-term coaching to achieve more substantial personal or professional transformations.
It helps to plan a block of sessions to work through a particular goal or change to completion. In the discovery call we discuss your objectives and expectations to agree the best timeline for your coaching journey.
With a shortage of good role models, particularly in small businesses, leading a team and running a business can feel quite isolating which is why I set up by Jacqs to provide mentoring, coaching (and the occasional cheerleading!) to help and support you to realise your goals and dreams.
